Yes, it is included. Update 1.5.5 is new content from 1.5.0. You had 1.5.0 with new content, then 1.5.0 remake, with the revisited earlier parts, and now 1.5.5 which is new content again. It includes the remade parts, because that is just part of the game going forwards (though having remake in the filename/update name might be confusing).
I'm playing from the start again to see the remade parts, so I've not got there yet, but I can see in the gallery that there are multiple new scenes after the 1.5.0 content that I'd previously played.
Since there is a Pdf walkthrough,I never use any walkthrough mods.First my PC saves broke,now my Android saves are broken too,what can I say?
for people struggling to get old saves to work. i put the sancho mod remover in the game file and that seems to have solved the issue. So it appears you'll need to keep adding it each new update if you have previously used the mod.

Yeah, if your error looks like this:
My understanding is that the 'O000O00O000OOO0O0' stuff is Sancho, so you'll need to add the save fixer from the mod thread's OP.
Dude I think u reply to the wrong game, last game I know deserve such statement might be "Shale Hill Secret".

Missing the 3rd Rachel memory? The walkthrough mentions not giving her a massage and then later you'll be able to massage her thighs, but it never pops up.

Can u share the save fixer? I downloaded from sancho, but everytime I'm launching game it is crashing

Finished the update, playing through from the start because I wanted to check out the remade stuff. I enjoyed it overall. Okay, I'm not too bothered by all the additional dialogue, and I didn't need the recap each evening, but the graphical changes were nice. I like that Sara looked better to start with, although her hair does then change a bit once you get into the original content again.
Things are moving nicely, I guess, in a couple of multi-girl relationships, and I liked the bonus Carol/Yuki scene in the extras. That and the Carol/Yuki/MC scene in the Christmas special were great as appetisers for when it happens in a canon scene (hopefully) in game!
