true. Unfortunately, it was seeing shit like that broke my already twisted brain. It's how I ended up in the Seventh Circle in the first place. 
For the moment, there's not really a problem being with all the girls at the same time, and it might not become a problem, either. If that's what you're looking for, the only one I would suggest to avoid is Ivy (party prize), as she can outright kick you off Ashley's path, and causes problems on a couple of others I think, certainly some lost points with Roxy.
No walkthrough mod needed for it, you can just play the game and go for everyone. The caveat to both these replies is "so far" - obviously I don't know what the future holds for the game, it's going haremwards, but it might not be as straightforward as that.
I took a look at the wt before I started the game. I'm not going to play Ivy and Rachel's route. The other problem is that the other girls find out about the relationships. You said it's okay to be found out, but when I scrolled through the pages, I saw comments like some of them are kicking our asses.
I don't think there's any kicking ass, certainly if you avoid Ivy. Rachel isn't a problem either, unless you're skipping her out of preference.
I don't want to play Rachel for another reason.

I keep forgetting about the Nat/Roxy bit, probably because I don't like Nat so I don't go for her. But, yes, she is one who literally threatens to bust your balls, though it's for a specific (just Roxy, being her sister) rather than just in general being with other girls.
Yes Max. This one is only viewable on the Lexi path though, if I'm not mistaken, and is a voyeur event, from your/MC's perspective (i.e., you spy on it happening).
Don't worry about it, you can just play Natalie path and she will close it down when she finds out about Roxy.
I think you get two choices early on that close it down. One is via text message, you can message Nat and say you're in or you're out. The other is when you show up to the first solo session with her, and she tells you more about it. You can then say it's not for you, and you're out.
