Natalie originally was a main LI, but she got shifted to side and Nikki took her place. That’s why Natalie gets a lot of attention early in the game, while Nikki doesn’t.

dev seemingly ended up in a pickle about how to deal with Natalie, and couldn’t figure out how to have a good extended plot with her, so she got demoted, and Nikki got promoted.

Hey! Is there any more plot development later in the game? I'm currently trying to replay it again after 2 years hiatus - I'm currently not that far after accepting taking part in porn casting, and TBH almost entire game up to this point is walking from girl to girl and fucking with them, and not much else.

Is kinda getting tedious...

Stuff does happen, but it's still mostly a means to get from one sex scene to the next. There are some scenes that don't involve sex, but most of those still kind of revolve around it - making plans and discussing future poly relationships etc. Probably the main one at the moment that isn't directly sex-related is concerning Yuki's new "problem".

I loaded the game up to check while looking at this as it turns out my memory was wrong, either the love points (for Carol at least) were reduced as part of the remake, or I'm misremembering. Either way, I have 53 relp and 1 love with Carol (I thought I had 2 or 3 love with Carol...).

Checking the script, you can get the Carol love point relatively early on, it's during a conversation in your room, if I'm not mistaken:

So it's nested in another menu choice, but if you say you forgive her, you get +1relp, then after that, you can say you love her already, and you get +1relp and +1love.

I know I had a couple of girls with three love points on my old save from before the remake, but it looks like there aren't as many available now. I'm sure I had three for Roxy too, but it looks like only two are available at the moment, while there are four opportunities to pick one up for Rachel.

If you're not against the idea, now you know there's only one available and where to get it, you can also manually add it via the cheats menu built into the phone, just to prevent the need to play again...

Can you have a good game being a pig, or do you absolutely need to find the balance?
