Just wanted to drop you a quick heads-up about what's going on on my end
Everything's good - I've just been focusing on some personal stuff lately. Things are moving a bit slower than I'd like, but I'm keeping a steady pace.

That said, like I mentioned before, it's looking like my break's gonna stretch through August too. I still have a few things I need to handle, and I'd rather not mix them up with development. Otherwise it'd get way too intense and the update might end up half-baked again, which nobody wants.

However, I did manage to squeeze in some work on the next update - wrote some new dialogues for Roxy's event and made a few fresh renders. It's not a huge chunk, but it's something, and I'm glad to keep things moving forward bit by bit.

About billing
Right now, member billing is paused and will automatically resume on July 31. Patreon doesn't have an option for me to extend this pause, so I'll have to hit that pause button again when the current period's over. I'll try to pause the page again ASAP, but maybe Patreon will be quick enough to charge some of you if your payment cycle hits right in that window. A: "Yes, Carol and Rachel have similar facial features, because I like those faces. I would even say that Rachel's face is my ideal of beauty , at least for now. And I think that the problem of 'similar faces' applies to many games, because the developers of such games try to make their projects so that they themselves enjoy playing it. And I'm no exception.
But I won't say that the faces of the other girls are too similar to each other (well, okay, maybe Ashley looks a little like Carol or Rachel ). At least I did all the girls from the basic Genesis 8 model, trying not to repeat the previously created characters.
Also, I am sure that many players have already noticed some similarity of the girls' bodies. And this is also because I tried to make the girls so that I myself was interested in developing them as characters.

At least give a little makeup; none of the girls have eyeliner. And I mean EVERY GIRL has the same face. Of course it's generic, but damn, the OP could have done a little makeup to add some variety.
This is a visual game after all, and visuals are one of the most important aspects. Even if the story is perfect, seeing the same expressions and the same face over and over makes the game feel shallow, and after a while it just gets really BORING.

I missed update 1.5.5 extended, and now I am unable to play from a save that was on v1.4.5extended. Any way how can I migrate the save files? I tried creating a new save in the 1.4.5 version, but it still starts from the beginning

I started a new game with 1.7 since I had used Sanco mod before. When I got to talking to Zac at the club for the first time I got an error. Right after he gives you the flash drive and asks if you have any questions.

I am running that murray mod so maybe that messed it up?

That happened to me too. I had to start again from the beginning because the older saves aren't compatible to the new update.

I get the feeling DreamNow doesn't really like Natalie all that much — or, at least, supporters don't. Stuff with her hasn't really gone almost anywhere. While I adore Roxy, it seems she almost always gets love while Nat as alternative is left out much more often. Not sure what the point of her even having a path at all is if very little is ever gonna come from it. (I'd say the same with Mallory, for that matter, but her being married gives the impression she's not only harder to "win over" but less likely to go anywhere overall, especially since we already have had an unhappy wife getting a divorce and committing herself to the MC. So I wouldn't expect her involvement to be nearly as often.)

Carol is another that got tons of attention for the first quarter or third of the game and now might get a scene every 5th release or something. (I've not actually counted how often, but it feels fairly uncommon now.) I get it when the dev has basically positioned the MC to have 50 possible LIs with various paths and combinations of those. And it's fair to say that it's self-imposed as well on the dev's part. Still, Ash and Sarah are every single update, but other major LIs aren't even every third.

Been begging for a proper Natalie scene since... forever? She has ONE Extra scene that came out ages ago and other than that just blowjob/handjob stuff. In her other extra scene with penetration her part is not even animated. But yeah, dev seems to kinda "dislike" her and Roxy became the famous sister. At some point he HAS to deliver something cause otherwise my Natalie save where I rejected Roxy would be useless af.

DreamNow has said that he wasn’t sure where to take Natalie story wise, which is why she was demoted from main girl to side girl and Nikki was promoted. Also why Nikki has been pretty consistent in getting scenes over the last few updates so she can catch up to other main girls.

He says "wasn't sure where to take the story", but I just read "decided he didn't like her after all". Sorry, but some of this stuff he should've figured out before even starting the story. You don't have to have all of the specific strokes, but for every character with even semi-significant involvement, you should have a decently clear outline so you already know this type of stuff. Far too many devs just wing it and cause problems for themselves later on. You always should know the ending of your story — not only the main plot, but for each character of decent scene time — before you start writing so you know where you are starting from and where you have to end up. Then all that's needed is to connect the dots. You never get on a plane and then halfway through the flight ask yourself where you actually want to land.

All of that said, I do cut him some slack if he was new, even relatively so, to creating a story prior to this game. This is a good learning to take from this story for any future creations. It doesn't make it any less disappointing, though.

I completely agree with you but unfortunately most of the Devs seem to have no idea where the story will be going when they start writing a game.

Hey there!
Alright, guys, that was a rough couple of months, but it's finally time for me to get back to work! I'm easing in right now with 3–4 hours a day, just getting back into the groove and reminding myself of every little detail of my usual workflow. In the next few days, I'll switch back to a full-day work schedule.

About the v1.7.5 update
Progress during my break was pretty small - I only managed to write dialogues for one Roxy event and render about 20 images for it. That's about it so far.

I won't spoil anything else about v1.7.5 yet, only can say that a big free roam section is planned, and it'll likely take up 60–80% of the update.

I'm aiming to release v1.7.5 around late October or early November.

She always doms the MC. Everything so far in the game makes it seem like she would be literally impossible to dom. There's definitely no option for it in the game's choices.
