That was certainly the intent. In my first draft of Confusion, Alex was a woman. It was a trans friend of mine who persuaded me to make Alex trans, citing the lack of true trans representation in adult games let alone in real life. That view has been "reviewed" rather harshly by a lot of people. That story should only facilitate as many sex scenes as possible. Men -> any hole -> cum. That gender is inextricably tied to whatever genitals you happen to have been born with. That "everybody knows" why people transition: to hide their gayness or only to satisfy some perverse kink.
Trans persons experience the same love, lust, and fetishes as anyone else. That's the fact I tried to convey in Confusion, and now UT. It's been a satisfying journey. Just not a particularly lucrative one.
