Its all depends what do you want
Visit them more frequently, give them gifts and complete unique mini events, if you want to increase your Relationship level with them. New Relationship level unlocks more options for interactions with them.

I kinda like the game!!! Looks good and has potential to grow. Keep up good work Waifson. So far my fave char is Teacher - please make her more Dominatrix in new updates. I think its her style to control her pets =)
