Okay, so, I'm at my wit's end on this particular issue. For some reason, the hospital never opened as a location for me before, so I couldn't see Alice at noon. After updating to 0.8.0, and even starting a new game, including deleting my persistent saves and everything (yes, also in my AppData folder), full clean start, hospital still isn't available, and now, in the new build, for some reason, the church no longer is either, making it impossible to finish several other quests.
Anyone else having similar issues? Or know if there's something I missed?

Same for me with the hospital, guess it must be tied to some quest, which I should hunt again somewhere I think. Or it's just a bugged clusterfuck again, like before when I had to restart everything from zero. It was a looot of "fun". Though it's still less annoying than cutting sex scenes off halfway with the "end of the version" screens.
