well it's not the incest i expected but i'm satisfied so

I am pretty sure that Patreon changed their Terms of Service/Rules a couple years back. Since then most porn games that have had incest in them that have a Patreon for the game has changed the "incest" to be step/various other forms. I think some developers work closely with modders that can change it back to "real" incest or they release a patch of some form somewhere else to change it back. This way they are technically following Patreon's TOS/Rules but can have the true content be shown.

Found it. In case anyone needs it in the future, the AppData folder is called "TrainingSimulator-1537187637"
