There are other males in town in fact you can spy on a couple having sex. The focus of the game is on the MC and his love interests. If you are expecting the game to have NTR or some shit like that you came to the wrong thread the dev said multiple times that the game will not have any of that.
What makes you think I am expecting NTR on this just because I am asking why MC is the only male ? Well when you're name is NTRBitch it kinda makes me think. But if I jumped to the wrong conclusion then I apologize.
You have to start the first sex scene with Bianca as a virgin to unlock these pictures (there are the tip in the game before actually scene that remind you about that).
There are 259 real animations in the game (0.3.5).
There is kind of reminder which tells you that you are reached maxing level of relationship with specific character.
(I'm thinking of adding some kind of content tracker, so the players could easily see what they need to do to unlock pictures, animations, scenes, etc.)
Try to buy her drinks, it is also increasing the Relationship level.
