Last time I checked, if you block the game executable in your firewall (or just disconnect from the internet entirely) so it can't fetch the hashed code, you can enter "ERROR" (without quotes all in caps) as the unlock code for the extra content.
it didn't work((

I really do think that JusepeFun needs to think of a fair/balanced way of ensuring that everyone gets access to the codes eventually..

For example:

- the game version which has just been released is v12.0 (I believe?)
- so surly it would be fair/reasonable to release codes up to v9.0 (or at least 8.0) free to everyone
- while keeping the codes above that available only to patreons

Let's say Jusepe decided to do it this way, then on the next release (v13.0) he could (for example):

- give premium level Patreons access to latest code v13.0 (on release of v13.0)
- give average level Patreons access to v12.0 code (on release of v13.0)
- give low level Patreons access to v11.0 code (on release of v13.0)
- release master code for all locked events up to v10.0 (or at least v9.0) free to general public (on release of v13.0)

Naturally, this system could go on indefinitely and at least this way there would be some indication to the rest of us as to when we will finally get access to hidden content. Which could lead to fewer crack requests / crack attempts overall and still allow the dev to capitalise on progressive updates as they are released. This is the way most devs get around the problem of locking content and the successive problem which arises, that is, when/how to gradually permit general access to restricted content (in order to avoid running the risk of alienating fans, or putting them off playing the game).
