Just follow the main storyline. The sequence is: Fan Chat Roulette Event 1 (FFM) -> New Girl Appears on the Beach -> Fan Chat Roulette Event 2 (FFMF) -> Visit to the Photo Studio -> Fashion Show. The entire route is marked with green stars, and only the entrance to the new location is unlit.
It's possible that you need to complete side quests or increase your character's corruption to unlock access, but that's not certain.

No, apparently the developer changed the code again.
