I'm with Wolf™ on this. It's your story, your game, your vision. You can't please everyone and you recognize games where the dev(s) tried that. At some point they go down from story telling, character development and so on. In my opinion it's totally enough to let the player choose, if they want to interact sexually with a trans character or not.
Rather than being a 3rd wheel, I like to think of it more like being the bull that's simultaneously cucking a pair of lesbians with each other. It's especially hot if they start to get so turned on by and hooked on my cock that it becomes evident that they're starting to prefer my dick over each other. Going in and giving them both the dicking they crave but can't get from each other.
On a separate note in regard to the trans character, it would be nice if we could opt out of swinging content with her. But ideally if possible I'd prefer if it wasn't an all-or-nothing choice. IE it would be nice if we could get individual choices to block certain scenes and events from happening. Cause I'd totally be down for dominating the trans girl and hell I'd even be willing to let her join in a threesome. But my main thing is that I'd prefer to be the only one pitching so to speak.
