The milf(mom) in this game does look off/uncanny valley with her childlike face and the little sister looks and acts like she is special needs.

Mom is cute, the younger sister is cute. I do have a bit of an issue with MC though; he gives off this feminine vibe thanks to the face / those eyes. (And, of course, he should start wearing a different outfit already... )

You need to get out more and look around. I have a niece that looks HALF the age of the girls in these games, yet she is 21. She even acts much younger. Heck, my late wife looked so much younger than me that people used to mistake her for my daughter! She was older than I was, but she looked over 20 years younger. She got carded for booze when she was 37 because at that age, she looked under 18 and she came home angry because they wouldn't serve her. I of course, laughed my ass off. But... get outside for a little while. The girls you mentioned, I find look 18 or older for certain. As I said, they mostly look ten years older than my 21 year old niece.
