Oh yeah its the poop prolapse guy, its not really teraophillia but for those who like this genre its pretty good, most of his stuff can be found for free on a majority of doujin sites.

This particular game is about monsters and a human woman. But yeah, sadly no penetrable monsters.

Not sure who out there would consider pokemon teratophilia. Tends to be either anthro or bestiality.
I would, especially some of the designs, but fair enough.
I guess there's that scary factor missing for you?

Pretty sure most enemies are also femboys actually. One of the new ones is futa though. And yeah, probably can count in here.

SAVAGE ECLIPSE v0.3
What is Savage Eclipse?
- Savage Eclipse lets you play as a male MC and puts you in a world where humanities experimentation on a primal energy have gone horribly wrong. You must uncover the truth and put a stop to the corruption that's taken over the planet. It has altered the females of every species into a predatory state! If they defeat you, you'll be at the mercy of their hunger.
- The game is a WIP (THIRD release) and contains AI animated H-scenes. The Dev (Aurostatic) clarified that he took the time to generate hundreds of animations for the same image to make sure it appears good and doesn't have much AI jank to it while handpicking the best ones, then do some additional manual edits and modifications to create a finished product.
What enemies are present in the current release?
- Currently, the game features predominantly animals and furries in the first half of the game with the second half being more diverse to include insects and fleshy abominations. We have lobbied the Dev to include more eldritch creatures and abominations, so if you are interested, stay tuned for more updates in Discord! I've included some of the animations below.

I can relate to you so much. In fact, i am learning 3D game dev straight ahead just to create a game with actual monster girls. It is early on development, but i have high hopes.
...
Anyways, i'll keep an eye on this thread, we really need more finished games with real monsters, i'm having catgirl fatigue, i want bbwdeck styled disgusting, sweaty beasts, dammit!

As the monkeyking said, it's a hentai artist but his rep as a monster specialist is widely exaggerated. Most of his work is just humanoid or humanoid adjacent stuff (monsters the same way elves are, or green colored humans with tusks being 'monsterous' orcs). He does have a pretty unique art style though and the exaggerated proportions do add to the monsterous vibe but I mean, not sure I'd call everyone's favorite fallout sexbot Ada or a weird-looking take on the hachishakusama (japanese myth tall pale ghost lady with the wide-brimmed hat) a bullseye.
He has a couple doujin and a few mini arcs (2-4 image series) that definitely do count as teratophilia, but mostly does monster girl stuff, if you can even call it that. Fair warning he almost always pairs them with shota partners.

Yea when checking the link it didn't really click for me. Even the weirder stuff doesn't quite have the vibe. Weird yet plain is how I'd describe.
To be fair to Double Deck, I wouldn't be surprised if they liked to go full monster but are monetarily hindered so to speak. Monster girls are already a niche genre, true teratophilia even more so. Also, I don't know why the meta on monster on male content over in japan is monster + shota. Could be that ultraman monsters awakened something in them during their childhood idk.

If y'all are looking for more teratophilia content, e621 has a surprisingly decent catalog. Obviously it's the furry website so you're gonna have to dig through the pages to get them but they're there. It's where I found the teraurge doom mod.

True teratophilia is niche, which I suppose would include true monster fucker content. But monster girls has become incredibly mainstream and enjoys a pretty large fanbase overlapping between furries and nonfurries.
That's exactly why there have been quite a few of them, and, well, if monster girl quest can gain that level of popularity while having some pretty fringe stuff even in the first volume, I guess it makes sense. It's kind of like tentacles. You never really think or hear about it, yet it remains a common and popular fetish/tag a ton of people are aware of or wouldn't blink an eye seeing in a game as side content.

Game dev is like solving a foreign puzzle as you learn the language it is written in, all at the same time (gdscript in my case). For such a challenging thing, i'm having lots of fun coding, making stuff work and then optimizing them.
And wow, this is similar to what i envision, minus the "friendly" aspect it gives. I wonder why i never find great stuff like this on my own.

He's not fully dedicated to drawing the creepiest monsters, but i like it a lot when a monster has mammalian genitals or breasts but lacks some or all humanoid form, its how i can summarize my general preference. But don't get me wrong, i'm very interested in full monsters too.
In my game, i will be treating monster design as a spectrum, so there will be plenty of variety for every taste and sub-niche. I want the final product to feature not just monstrous humanoids and ambiguous beasts, but also anything between these extremes.
