Yeah I'm wondering about this too, how does the gameplay work? Do you walk around to trigger pre-rendered cgs or is it fully first person the whole way through and your camera is fully self controlled?
everything so far appears to be open world. Exploring and the sex scenes. When in a sex scene you can go first person (still kinda buggy) or move the camera around in free cam. there's also preset camera locations you can select for viewing.

No, it's a full 3D game.
You run around, you interact with objects. If it ever gets finished, it will be VERY different from the original.
So far they are just experimenting, put in some sex options, but the story telling and actual gameplay are far from being at a point where people can ask for the next update to see more content with XYZ.

Ryzen is going up in price, don't waste your time.
Adding VR support for this game or making it primarily a VR game would certainly make it stand out.
