Also the start kind of threw me of, was that MC's husband or her dad because from the dream she had he kind of looks like her dad, but was younger in the dream. But for now thinking that she's married makes me not want to pursue any sex scenes if i can avoid it because i don't want to cheat. Or is it a future or ex husband since when she gets home she's clearly alone and sleeps alone? Im very confused by this and would be cool if someone could clarify.

Okay I will explain this. Most of the issues are coding.

Instead of defining a variable, I used "persistent" ones. These, once unlocked, will stay that way, so if you saw any of these scenes before, it will count as unlocked. Hence all the mishaps.

MC's husband is as per the future. But in the current murder mystery timeline she isn't married yet. Also Dad and MC Husband is not the same.

Even in case MC is married, there is a cheating option which you can skip.

While i didn't really notice much change in MC's visuals apart from maybe darker blue eyes and more prominent lip makeup, Kelly especially looks worse now to me. Feels like AI enhancement may have been used. I guess dev can't help himself and stick to a visual style and all it does is confuses the player
EDIT: Actually now going back and looking more closelly at the MC, she as well looks different, now has that uncanny valey look to her, she looks way more real life like, def AI enhanced if you ask me

No, I don't use AI. These are renders from Blender. Upgraded textures.

I can't draw good male characters, but I felt female characters were nice.

The old renders will be updated in the revamp to match the renders after v0.30.

Not sure if it's been reported yet, but i found another inconsistency with the story, if in the Kelly scene at the hotel you don't get her to sleep with the guy, later on when her boyfriend Ethan contacts the MC he still shows her the video of Kelly having sex with the guy at the hotel even though it didn't happen. I just feel like this is something that shouldn't have happen. I checked with URM and no variable is assigned for this so the only scene that ever pops up is Ethan blackmailing you and Kelly which i guess the dev must have forgot to put in, there should be a trigger to avoid the blackmail if Kelly didn't go through with the sex scene

This was supposed to be non-canon but yes many have complained about it. I will fix this.

I wouldn't say straight up rapey but maybe a bit forceful, like trying to corrupt a girl. Luckly you can avoid all of that if you don't want it, so far at least. Not sure what the consenquences of doing that would have on the overal story outcome so far though but i can imagine it would probably not be ideal since she wouldn't be able to gather all the possible clues. But could be wrong

DemonLad Some of the animations flash a black screen every few seconds, like the animation isn't looping seamlessly. Its quite distracting and I think it takes away from the scenes. What i want to know is, is that just how those animations are? I've tested with other games and don't have this issue.
