Here is my save, which I would like to call a 'Perfect Start'
I managed to do nearly everything in chap 1, money does grow on tree, the wiki is 100%, you can confess to Hazuki or kidnap her in multiples ways (any ways the game provided I assume). I edited the varibles and save a bit to make this save file, it didn't break anything in my game though.
Also, i used the steam ver, not sure if it works with the other versions.

You need to get the chloroform, and you need to have tried it previously. Make sure you corner her in an solitary alley, from behind. Avoid cops. The night after the date (you must have rejected her invitation and gone home), you will have your chance.

Yes, there is a sequel of the game coming. No release date for that at this time. Probably sometime in 2023? Retro lab hasn't posted on their ci-en yet.

That game is Yamiyashiki, which only has a brief section with Hadzuki's friend before she gets the guro treatment (yep this game will be horror hentai). You can download the demo on the ci-en of retrolab, is long enough to have some fun. Unfortunately, the developer has been sieltn for a while since this update, so we don't have more info about this game or the current state of the sequel for Bound by Love.

If the other games you mentioned has the concept of controlling the kidnapper or something similar then I appreciate the warning.
If it is just rape or corruption I don't particularly mind them.

I think it is a random chance each day after you creampie her she might feel sick in the morning. Then you use to pregnancy test to activate it. The fertility pill might increase the chance.
