Version avialable on this thread should allow you to see all CGs since I downloaded it and it gave me no issues. Besides that, Kagura Games may have what you want, but you may have to pay for it.
Honestly is better to get those particular CG after getting any of the winning routes. What you have to do to get this particular endings is just so retarded, to the level of ignoring the entire personality of your MC
An almost perfect game (bought on Steam), a shame that birth while Submissive isn't different from the other "unwilling" ones, especially since her dialogue otherwise seems to indicate that she's ok with it.

A very short game with fun gameplay mechanics centered around being a creep, hopefully their next game is longer with more scene variety.

i like this genre too, sadly their next game are kinda horror with zombie and alot of tentacle and HP lovecraft thingy, well imagine getting fucked by cthulhu, hopefully they make it the second one after that horror game.
They also kill one of the heroines from the first game (Dangerous Road), and because they devlopers focused on the horror game and some small side projects the chances of seing the Happy Days sequel this year are very slim

None so far. Last update on cien was about the vainilla minigame. And the developers are divided between that game, the horror game, and the draft they had for Happy Days.
Depends on what you are looking for:
1. The previous game still holds but you really want to use a guide to unlock the true ending (good for you this site provides one). Most other games that follow the same style are too short or never reach birth content, but some that I know are bellow.
2. If what you want are short visual novels with pregnancy and even birth, I can suggest some of POISON games like Sister Hypnosis 1 and 2 (I posted the way to get the full english version of the second game on its thread) and Sister Slaves (POISON games have scat so be warned). Se o Hayami also includes pregnancy and birth.
3. if you want something with old men and hoodloms/vagrants you can play anything from Starworks (translation is not the best but you can follow) or Tina the Swordwoman (RPG with different endings).
so I got an issue where I can't buy any more ointment, bought 2 before and used em but now shop has no more, how the heck do I level up her endurance without it?

edit 2: I am an idiot and I will own it, ointment is in the convenience store and NOT the brick place. (damn near went back 7 saves to redo it all from 2)
