Sorry if this is answered before but front page says "English and English (Edited MTL)." So, does this mean there are two different translations for game and one them manual translation?

Kind of. The Steam version is manually by a professional. The other one was also manually translated but by a fan, Subbi86. They are both good translations. There was a MTL version long time ago but that is gone now.
just curious, are there any differences/fixes or extra content between kagura version 1.03 and 1.05 worth downloading?
guys how do you get her to go outside i dont remember how to unlock that you need her obedience be high and what else ?

i did but something is missing, i figured it out i had low obedience. any1 know when the second game will be released ? would be nice play again with hazuki in different places

You did equip the collar on her? If so then once her obedience is high enough you will get the option at night. There are no other requirements.
coffee place you walk toward the guy sitting in a room, he will tell you not to come in but you can just walk in. give him the video you got from spy camera in the office and he will give you chloroform in return
I see that I can't get to get ending from second pic and I can't see it image in gallery
She is the student at the park you can drug with chloroform. To unlock all of her scenes you have to fulfill some conditions:
1. Try the drugs on her to get her first scenes. This happens during the information gathering phase, so before the kidnapping event.
2. Sleep assault her in the park a second time, this usually takes place after kidnapping Hazuki
3. After delivering the other girl to the clowns in the red building and creating a cover for the disappearance of Hazuki, go after Mina one last time. You dont need the drugs again, but it is very important that Hazuki is not above 89 level of affection (sex slave with hearts in her eyes). Otherwise, even if you get the rape scene with Mina you are locked into the Yandere ending with Hazuki the very next day.
