There's a few early bits with Mirabelle and Emi the ninja where there's an affection check to see if they're willing to do sex stuff with you. If you don't have enough affection, or if you choose the "deliberately fuck it up" option, you can order them to do it anyway.
Does anyone know how to run the "android version"? It downloads a .zip with no .apk as far as I can see.

When do you encounter juggernaut? Or what do you have to do to encounter her? Also when or how do you encounter Lyra too?
