I am sure you have played these but, most similar mechanically is likely Karryn's prison.
First part of My has been released and it is great game with freedom to choose how you act.
Shimobashiras games are all great.
LonaRPG can be greatest or worst game ever depending on how you play it.

I mean at some point dev didnt post for a whole year, now that the dlsite page is up he must be focusing on the game rather than spreading it around, besides, monthly updates is usually the norm.
