Nobody knows, the game sounds too good to be true.
The developers took a long time to update last year.
Also, when it comes to games there are different groups that have created images saying that they are developing games and then they say that they were just sample images or that the game was canceled, the mangaka "Shindol" at some point did this.
So, we can only trust they.
+1 on looks too good to be true. I would be very glad to be wrong on this, but I'm not holding my breath and keeping my expectations low.

Yeah, theres still doubt.
Im also concerned how the CGs will be placed in the scenes. Bcs the art in itself is rly well done. But there are alot of HRPGs nowadays which have one good looking CG in one scene and theres no further transition to the scene but just one. That to me is a dealbreaker.
Artists like Takeda Hiromitsu & @amazonamazon are great examples of perfectly creating scenes with still images with lots of variations of transitions with intense scenes.
