Honestly, it could just be a change of direction for the protagonists appearance, but it is worth mentioning that there IS an appearance/beauty stat, so its possible it could be tied to that, even if I find it pretty doubtful myself. Naturally, if the game is designed for it, or just pops off a good bit, I'm sure we'll see modifications of all sorts of the heroine at the end of the day, but even with her losing the juicy drumsticks for thighs, I'm pretty happy with her appearance overall so not really a negative to me, though I'd be impressed and happy if it is tied to stats/mechanics in game somehow. it'd be insane if we had several levels of breast expansion, but given that it's 2D art instead of 3D i think this quite certainly rules it out.
