They're only allowed to report you if you have pictures and videos of things you shouldn't legally have, like rape porn, **********, or terabytes of dick pics. If you hide/name the things correctly and in places people wouldn't normally check, you should be fine.
Got a problem guys. I took out the painkillers from the medicine cabinet and the mom still says that she will get the painkillers. Doesn't make any sense given that I have the painkillers. Help anyone?

My first post ever on here was actually about this topic, and since the comments and replies don't mention it I figure I'll bring it up again just in case. After actually getting the pills, they have to be flushed down the toilet. I understand it doesn't make sense but until they're actually disposed of, the game will act like she still has access to them. You need higher corruption to get her to agree to relieving you but that won't even come up until the pills are completely gone, even from your inventory.
