The phone with all my reference gifs, digital comics, notes for Cycle, and a bunch of other material isn't turning on, meaning a good portion of Cycle's development is now gone if I can't find a way to transfer the memory to my computer.

The directions show the phone connecting to the computer via USB but the port on mine is broken. Plus wouldn't the phone still need to be turned on?

It turned on for a second but turned off right away, either the power button is the problem or I need to order a replacement battery

Update: It turned on again, but turned off when I put the back cover on it. Took it off again but it didn't turn on, took out the battery, put it back in and it still wouldn't turn on. It then turned on after I touched that metal piece that connects to battery, I don't know what it's called. I'm gonna transfer as much as I can to my SD then transfer that to my laptop while I can. I'll take pictures of that piece later.

Your cmos battery probably might have shorted. It's the little round battery. You should be able to replace it!

I don't think CMOS batteries exist on phones. It has to be called something else or it's another problem entirely.
