Mod status update:
Grammar error from before Grandma's first HJ is fixed
Mr. Jennings' first name is now only Michael/Mike
A text document with the solution for the babysitting glitch is now in the Help Folder
Image files for Mom's new Morning Fuck scene are now done so the scene now plays normally
Fourth wall break for Ms Taylor as been changed to reflect new sprites by @egasboon
Two new backgrounds are available for future threesome mods if the threesome scene's images are made transparent by someone (One is for school threesomes, the other for a threesome at Dizzy's house as a scene with her was requested by the winner of the easter egg contest, another background for specifically Peter's Home may be made later)

So I am confused on something: MrsJenningsInvite doesn't seem to activate for me, and I also tried to make a custom text message into scene, but failed so can anyone teach me how text messages work? And no I am not using the fan patch because I would have to re-edit things to my liking before anyone asks. Thanks in advance.

That's pretty pointless, since Chilly's Patch isn't compatible with old save files.
If you download the community patch, you get the teleport room where all scenes are available anyway.

For fixing things, have the issue of granny's dialogue being repeated when you enter and leave her bathroom been fixed? It's the only really stand-out issue I've met so far.

That issue is addressed in her help file, I'd have to recreate her entire upstairs in order to change it

You have to get both the BJ and Ride scene at her house for it to activate, if you have the key and went ahead and used corruption on her as she sleeps then you missed your chance

Since Chilly and the others added a whole lot of scenes and remade a lot of stuff in the game, would the walkthroughs written in the "Help" Folder still work as it is or do we have to do something else? I mean its a big game with a lot of stuff in it and some the things needed to progress to the route of different aren't exactly stated clearly(For example, to get the address of Mrs. Jennings).
If not, will there be new version of the walkthroughs?

not the latest one, its being refined and re-released after some tweaking
the lead ups are the same, but more scenes are available
so the walkthoughs WILL be or at least mostly the same
just you have more options or places available
anything with new requirements is added to or outlined in new help files
