You are correct. #3 is based on a timer, so if you pass enough days in other locations before ever returning to the shelter (or are just extremely lucky/unlucky, it is possible to pass by #2 entirely (though you can still access those scenes after #3 happens).

You don't The semesters aren't time gated. You can take as long as you want to finish all the classes.

After doing sorority task with Jordi, the option to to do the task with him still appears in the dorm room even after you enter the sorority. Is this a bug or intentional? Also the rush events keep appearing (so is the initiation to the sorority) so it seems that the sorority route cannot be completed.

Also, after doing job with Dee, you are kicked out to suburbs instad of maybe the academy or the dorm.

It would be also nice to be able to do all the university roomates quests in one playthrough. Maybe if selecting the dorm room instead of the double room when signing up, you could have them all as neighbours and visit their rooms to complete the quests. Or put them as participants in the classes.

I'm not sure what you mean by the roommates. Do you mean being able to complete multiple routes in one playthrough? (e.g., go through both the Kira party and Kira hangout routes). Because you should be able to do all of their quests as they're all in the dorm at once if you've bough the share house? You cannot complete multiple routes at once though.

I could set up a route reset button at some point...

I would love to see the brother be a potential roommate later on, or another dominant male character. It seems like jordi will only room with you on his sub route. Could be cool to see Jordis dad drop by for a surprise visit.

Yeah, originally it was going to be chapter 2. But I didn't think moving into a new section of the game and losing all of the previous stuff would be that fun? I dunno.
