I don't remember for sure, but my guess would be that there is no art for that scene where she's pregnant. In other words she's walking around with a baby bump, then you initiate that scene, the bump is gone during it, and then afterwards it's back again lol. So it's probably just for consistency.

No, no. I'm referring to the scene you can get where you bang her on her bed while she's right next to her sleeping husband. He's seen in that particular picture/scene. There may not be art of her for that scene that reflects that she's pregnant.

Ok my mistake because I obviously didn't understand what scene exactly you were talking about so sorry.
And you're actually right because when it comes to the scene where the MC has sex with Angela on the bed while his father is sleeping next to her, we only have 2 such scenes - one when the MC uses a condom and the other when the MC can impregnate her so she is definitely not pregnant yet in any of this two scenes. So we can't really find an images for this scene when she is already pregnant.

Also it's possible that it's on my end as well, as I may be misinterpreting your meaning. I'm getting the impression that you took offense that I didn't intend to give.
