Dev, Black Alana seems to have a bug, she can't be seduced? After ravishing I place her at palace & built everything, but can't check how grateful she is. Also, if I place her at dungeon & impregnate her, her quest doesn't offer a chance to return her to palace.
You had me worried there.
1. Black Alana's seduction works perfectly, I used your save.
After visiting her first and doing the Seduction Information dialog, open the console (shift + o) and type the following, each followed by Enter:
watch alanaHangings
watch alanaFestival
watch alanaBribe
watch alanaPardon
If any of them are False, go to the Shadow Institute and perform the correlating activity. Once they are all True, return to the palace and visit her.
2. I didn't implement the "return her to palace" option in Alana's "part 2" quest. Perhaps I'll do it in the future.

Maybe if a fiefdom has a garrison, the stationed troops can either recruit or mine gold? I always viewed the high expense of the garrison as payroll anyway, so it makes sense to me that if you have a local force, your military could be doing something else.

Seriously, the Troops are already doing double duty as fighters and law enforcement. There is an idea I'm toying with that Troops in the Barracks will be in "permanent deployment", will not be able to be part of the main army but will also not be counted towards the global Troops cap. They will help with Obedience and fight (and die in) Raids.I honestly don't know. I'd say I'm about half done. Maybe a bit more. I'm having fun.

I enjoy this. Kind of has a Conan feeling to it. A lot of variety in the quests. The campaign game is a bit simplistic since it appears to be impossible to lose. I wish there were some gay options that weren't sissies. Especially in the arena battle I was hoping for a gay gladiator. Also, from the story, it had seemed like I was going to get the boy who lived with his mother to show up at the castle, but he didn't.

It happened in V0.10.7. Later the bug was fixed. Download latest version of the game from OP. It will not affect your saves. And do not use cheat mod, it's uncompatible with current version of the game.

Do they have a cheat that is compatible? I like the idea that I can skip the fights and still win and add money and troops.

While in VN mode Obedience is set to 120 in all your fiefdoms, Morale is set to 20 and all army battles are won automatically.
