You don't need troops since:
1. You win army battles automatically
2. Obedience resets to 120 in the fiefdom every turn, hence no need for Troops to keep high Obedience

After infiltrating the Haitian village and get the votes, when I need to leave, I get this message. How to fix this?

No idea. You're using some kind of mod. If there would be no game, and this thread would be overflowing with people complaining.

I can't take responsibility of other people's code. The game has an integrated cheat mode, it's called VN mode. If you're using other people's mods, I'm afraid there's not much I can do to help.

Just found out that Domia shows up after capturing Karder's sister even if you didn't bring her over. I chose to sway her to my side through her battle lust but refused to leave some gold for Fahda. I did bring Alam to the palace though.
Edit: the same happens on Waikokipia's sequence quest.

Nah, that's with it. Delete game/map.rpy, game/map.rpyc and any other files the cheat mod added.

i tried removing the mod but didn't fix anything so started over without mod and more story is unlocking, shame

Until a new functioning cheat mod that works with this game works, I'm not playing this game anymore. I like the options to add money to my balance so I can build more, add troops, add morels and etc. Can you click the chicken on a regular fight no matter how you play?
