Not sure you are familiar with royal harems in this day and age - King of Thailand or polygamy in USA or literal cults of Jared Leto and Charles MAson - yes, they both use their popularity and looks to extort sex outta their followers - Armie hammer literally stumbling from fling into fling - Trump had many children with many women, Steve Jobs had only flings, Nick Canon 7 kids with 5 women . .. Musk has many kids with many women ... such a lifestyles of purely transactional sex are all around us.

Well, i don't know if you are trying to make a game with some fantasy with porn include or if in fact this game have his own hentai logic

Karder was raised with harem life, he even jokes about his mom taking up the harem lifestyle of his father and putting her direct appointees into key positions - nothing changes, only the gender, same biases around social classes are still dominating everywhere - the women have a cult and such, much like the Sisterhoods in Westeros - the red flame worshipers who are mainly women and literally bring mad and demon alive, the bene geserith in Dune - actual supernatural women of killings and massacres - just watch the series dedicated to their carnage - women who despise their spouses are becoming them - what Sersei became, what Lanisters bacame - both ruthless despotic killing machines with nothing of value to give to their people - no major reforms, no major upheavel of societal norms, no way for other women to rise and become of importance - they just use and abuse everyone around just like their despot kings , brothers or father before them.

i played again hoping he had fixed the balance of the game but my lord it is stupid. after conquering 4 area's all you are doing is trying to make sure they don't revolt because you do not have enough troops to keep them obedient and morals high. the instructions say that if you have more than 20 troops the obedience doesn't go down, that's a lie i almost lost multiple areas because of that and even when you have 30 troops witch is supposed to increase obedience which you only have 10 extra if you put 20 in each area it only goes up like 1 point per day so you are waiting a month just so that troops stop leaving posts. you need at min 20 extra troops once you get 4 areas and 40 extra troops once you are around 6 areas just to be able to keep up.

You literally can't lose any areas. All low obedience really does is destroy some buildings you had built. The balance isn't really hard people just overthink it and it's not a lie. When you conqueror a new territory just spend all your time on that one and then when it's fully restored just build shadow insistitions and send troops to help restore obidence in the other territories you neglected. It mostly just becomes a game skipping weeks until the numbers go up again. It's not hard

As a writer, I’ve come to realize that the characters I know at the beginning of the story grow and develop on their own as the story evolves. I don’t always know the full personality and motivation of every character I introduce: some reveal themselves to me later in the story, sometimes months or even years after they first appear.

The game is still in development, and while it’s not finished, I may introduce changes to past scenes to improve the overall story. When I work on the story, I think of existing players, but also of the final version. I try to tell the best story I can without introducing jarring retcons, but I don’t shy away from retcons if I believe they’ll lead to a stronger final version.

When I first started the game back in 2021, Queen Remy was the ultimate villain. But as the story progressed, I felt she needed deeper motivations and that I needed more flexibility in how her story could unfold. I also realized that if she remained a completely dark and corrupt villain, Karder would have no “softer” options when they meet and I wanted to give players more than just a 100% brutal dominance route. By 2023, I understood what her motivations were, and when I began working on update 0.11 in late 2023, I introduced her in her pious robe and probably modified the dialogue in the opening scene as well.

I realize some people feel the element of revenge was somewhat blunted by those decisions, but I personally think that adding the multiple choices (Dominance/Reluctance/Seduction) and building towards them was a worthwhile tradeoff.

I also believe that once the game is out, my opinion is just one dude’s opinion, so I’m not here to argue with people, just to explain the situation from my perspective.

Thanks for the response. For the record, I still believe this game to be one of the best on the site in terms of both gameplay and story. You've even done the "softening of initially abrasive character" trope very well with several of the other queens in their act 2/seduction routes. I just expected at least the option of a more cathartic resolution between the queen and the khan than immediate forgiveness (in two routes) and a forced marriage. Especially given the MC's, um, violent tendencies, his relationship with his father, and the game's core plot being ostensibly a revenge story. Likewise, just my opinion. Still looking forward to whatever you put out.

Don't open it. Just right-click and save as.
