This is me playing the save you have sent me. My tactic is that I try to get all three of my units to attack first and gang on one enemy unit. The latter takes some planning, as you can see in the vid: at 1:58 I give my middle unit an Attack order and then I cancel it, move my unit to the side so the bottom unit will have a clear route to move and attack, all so I can attack the leftmost enemy with three of my guys in one round. Hope this helps!
I might try just reloading the game having rebooting my PC or such, to see if it's that sort of bug, since it didn't give you the same impossible scenario. My issue was that despite using exactly those tactics I lose, brutally. Because when my troops attack, MY troops are usually the only ones taking damage. I assume there's an RNG for the defender to hurt the attacker, and if it crits you hit the attacker without taking damage yourself. And then for some reason in my game the pseudo-random broke.

There are only two feifdoms and they wipe my army everytime
You're supposed to do the infiltrate missions first then invade the fiefdom. The infiltration missions are actually what most of the game play is and the majority of the game is the mc sneaking into the fiefdom he's about to invade doing some quests with the locals and doing something to weaken the fiefdom in order for him to invade.

Quesiton, when the dialogue is like that, it means the Mc is speaking trough the path i chose or is story content related regardless of how i play?

It's based on a hidden variable called Narrative which is directedly related to Fame. I didn't want to add another counter so I decided to tie Karder's Narrative to his Fame.

Red = very low Fame, vengeful Narrative.

Green = very high Fame, benign Narrative.

Note 1: your actions during your quest don't affect Fame or Narrative at all (since you're incognito).

Note 2: Narrative (currently) has no effect on sex scenes. Perhaps I'll add Fame/Narrative specific scenes in the future.
