wanna try this one in VN mode, few questions
- is there content difference between sandbox and VN or it just cheated mechanics?
- is there content difference between good/evil paths in term of scenes/render count/characters or it just (more or less) fluff scene variations?

1. No difference.
2. For infiltration quests, I'd say 80-85% similarity between Dominance and Seduction options. For captured rulers 100% difference.

1) I don't believe so, nothing major anyway. You'll just skip some of the gameplay aspects, but otherwise the content remains the same.

2) Most characters have dominance and seduction paths with different content, but the over-all story line stays pretty much the same.

Edit: Ninja'd by the dev.

I often end up in an obedience spiral, so I decided to check something. I stack thirty troops in a low obedience fiefdom 'cause the game said that starts raising obedience, I watched Marbia for five consecutive turns while there where thirty troops present in the garrison and didn't see a single point of change in the obedience level.
Is it a dice roll that I'm just getting fucked on?

It should work automatically with no randomness. I'll take a look. Thanks!

Use Shadow Institute. Bribe the fucking clergy, grease them generously. Hang a few people: the people love a good Public Hanging!
Isn't there supposed to be a morality system that discourages that, if the player wants positive fame? Also, it happened twice in a row that the Marbian mobs burned the shadow institute on the turn it was built.

Does anyone know if there's a way to cheat? I can't seem to get more troops at all. Does anyone know how to do it?
So you get more troops with each conquestion, for your intital conquest it's pretty much impossible to actually conqueror them alright straight away and you need to weaken them first by doing the infiltration missions. That's what most of the game play is based around, the mc going under cover in each fiefdom and weaking it for the invasion. After you iniltrate the first neighboring feifdoms you should be able to conqueror them pretty easily with your intial troop numbers and then that will allow you to increase your troops. You can also increase your troops by building garrisons I think it was

I think you might be over expanding too quickly. The game currently punishes you for not playing it slow and safe, you should stabilize each fiefdom in terms of buildings, Obedience and Morale before taking the next fiefdom.

To be honest, I'm not entirely happy about this as this forces the player to play very slowly in order to win. There should be another way to play, an option to conquer more quickly with the tools to do so and increased risks for those opting for this route. But I'm not sure yet how to implement this without complicating the game.

1. In the Settings -> Game Settings switch VN Mode on. But if still want to try...
2. ...Troops are randomly yielded automatically by the fiefdoms. Happier (Morale) fiefdom have a higher chance to yield every turn. Maximum Troops is {30 + (20 for each fiefdom you control after the first)} so initially you have max Troops of 30, after taking Oryenguk/Marbia 50, the next fiefdom you take 70 etc.

Garrison allow you to "convert" Troops in the fiefdoms into Obedience.

That's what I was trying to do, hence the turn 400+ with four fiefs. Didn't help that I got invaded while my troops were enroute, or that I get invaded before I can station troops in a fief, or that I get raided again before I can reinforce the fief which grants the double wammy of too few troops to keep obedience up and the raid penalty.
Me? Salty? Why would you accuse me of such a thing? (I definitely didn't get raided in Oryeonguk thrice before the garrison arrived)
