It's not for the faint of heart, that's for sure. I considered making the guro optional but that was too limiting. But thanks for giving it a try and sharing your thoughts.
Let me be frank, I don't want to put down anyone's choice of this fetish, I think is an artistic statement too, because you are forcing a character down a path and to make it completely non optional I suppose would lessen the story's direction/themes.

The game seems smooth enough, I did not get lost too often, the teleports tend to placed in a way that backtracking is relatively rare, I did think the enemies number could be a bit too much, I had to cheese a lot, honestly if I hadnt been able to do the thing where you get temp invincibility by going down the ground I probably would have not finished it......also I did not know you could roll until much later.
I hope it doesn't devolve into being mostly Guro though trying to escalate things, but I guess it depends on your tastes and in those who support you.
