Pretty good game so far, though I dislike that all the lewd scenes are forced, and so far, only happen with extremely slutty girls. Not a fan of slutty girls, personally, so it may end up being a dealbreaker for me. Otherwise, story isn't bad, but dialogues are way too verbose. Renders look pretty good, and LIs are attractive. Incest tag is premature, as the sister still isn't even on the same continent as of the current content.

The lewd scenes are "skippable", but not really. Even if you "skip" the Rose scene, it doesn't jump far enough to avoid an unpleasant eyeful, which makes the "skip" option totally pointless. Dev doesn't have enough respect for his players to even offer proper skippable scenes, much less letting us choose who MC gets with.

Rose having a giant, prominent queen of hearts tattoo had me wary of her from the get-go. Wasn't sure if dev actually knew what it meant, or just thought it was gambling-related, but it seems like it's actually, and unfortunately, fitting for her. Definitely not harem material.

Edit: Forgot to mention, it's also currently a kinetic novel, and doesn't seem like that is going to change. Aside from the almost-skip scene choices, there was only one other choice, which slightly changes one very small interaction, but no variables are ever set or checked, so that one choice is meaningless, and doesn't affect the story in any way.

In all fairness, the scene with the stripper can be skipped in a way that the dialogue could be seen as him having actually turned her down, it's kept a bit vague. She also mentions that MC is the first customer she's done more than just dance for. MC also states that he doesn't plan on coming back to see her again. She seems to be a one-off, specifically for the purpose of an early lewd scene, since the other LIs are either slow-burn, or have barely been introduced so far.

The game isn't terribly long yet, so if you're on the fence about it, I'd say give it a try. It's still early, but there's some great LIs, and it has potential. Also doesn't seem likely dev is going to abandon it, as he clearly has a full story planned out already.

Just tried the game, and i should've read the developer notes first because he says there that the scenes are only skippable. The dev focuses on story and output quantity. Some won't like it.

Personally i'm more than happy to have a dev that has an idea and actually delivers it without bells and whistles and years of waiting around for occasional updates whilst the dev gradually loses themselves in a complicated web of ever escalating branches they never thought through

Also the sooner he finishes Valenza family the sooner he can get back to his other game

To the dev - one small request - please add an option to totally turn off the dialogue box. Even on the highest setting it's blocking the bottom portion of the screen.

I've tried the y_outline.rpy script but the dialogue box persists.

I don't mind the rails too much (yet), but the constant tough&smart-guy-act of the MC borders on grandstanding and is a smoke and mirror show par excellence, and it's annoying as fuck.

I mean, he's a total nobody, literally on hobo-levels of not having anything going for him, yet he comes in and says "I'll take over, you work for me now, I know how this works, I can do everything better" and everybody just .. goes along with it?
And then he has literally no plan in place on how to proceed (or how anything works, for that matter), but just constantly demands, lectures (with dumb empty phrases and a pointy finger that I want to break so badly..) and demands some more. He's the asshole equivalent of an ideas guy in game production. And nobody likes or cares about those.

And this whole act kiiiinda works for Nora, but how or why Rose just doesn't send 5 guys to fuck him up and dump his body in the next lake is beyond me. Latest update she outright says, she never "felt the need for hiring muscles". Which begs the question how or why she is allowed to rub elbows with any big names of crime in the city. Which in turn makes these supposed "big players" feel like a total joke.

Which is immediately proven 5 minutes later when Graziani says "we tried dealing with her, but she wouldn't budge." .. like .. wat?! The total pushover who immediately rolled on her back for that one-man-nothing-show gave you problems? How? Why? Did you know that you're a criminal and thus can resort to violence, or did you just write her a sternly worded letter? And she owns your warehouses? How .. how did your operations ever work?! And now you plan to pay the MC for using the very things he just took from you? Wow. Just wow! Being a criminal mastermind is so fucking easy, it's all just there for the taking, easy peasy, it's free real estate!

So far, what the MC has shown us, is that he is just two things - a slightly more efficent brute than literal street trash and a spoiled brat. In short, a bully. Nothing else.
We really need a prove-yourself arc here asap, or it makes all the (honestly already pretty damn cringey and cliched) criminals of the story feel like total morons for even bothering with such a puff of bloated up hot air who is nothing but a walking family name and the whole story devolves to yet another impotent powerfantasy harem like several others..

Hah, sometimes it do be like that. I rather enjoyed the game so far myself. It is refreshing to come on a game that doesn't look like some chimp took a dump on a keyboard and face-rolled it. Actual non-Engrish level of dialog that should be expected for something published with English as its default language, but comes as a welcome surprise in the realm of AVNs.

Story has me looking forward to more. Could be shit, but doesn't look like that is the current trajectory.
