ah hell nah wtf are these abominations just focus on making better tools so we can fuck pretty girls or make them dance. Should be focused on performance and animation for HUMANS not this shit. Bro definitely looked at his numbers and then
Yeah its a sick joke... All I wanted them to do is give better platform to creators so we can for example get genesis 9 hair.
So far years into development and batshit done, vam is worthless to me without all the looks and plugins.
Vam alone is not good by any means... Community made it good, overall lmao... It is hopeless.
I was a fool once and I thought the Japanese will make the ultimate vr game very soon, I was so far off that I actually might be retarded, Japan literally remakes the same game over and over again using same premade models for quick profit.
I thought vam is different because there is so much nice stuff made by community, but clearly head of the fish is rotting and future is bleak.

Iam pretty sure none of any existing var will work in VaM 2.0.
Unless the creators remake their content in VaM 2 again.

Over 15k paid members on patreon and minimum amount is $2 a month. That's $30k a month min. They are enjoying some nice vacations.

Yeah Meshed has alot of fanboys but honestly with what he's paid his results are poor. As a prior banker and current student of finance, I'd say they were a bad product. Just milking the Patreon for as long as it will hold, or over their head and they've hit a few walls they didn't transparently share with the "stock holders" aka their patrons. This 2.0 has taken far to long to develop for something that primarily gains function from modders, not the core development team. Vam 1.0 would have long been dead if not for them. Meshed/VamDev are very lucky its a Oligopoly of a market with few sellers, a competent dev team with sufficient focus and compensation would knock them out of the marketspace.

If I remember correctly from the alpha that was released forever ago, you need SteamVR running before you launch it. I don't think you actually need VR though.
Nah you don't need anything related to steam or steam vr if you are downloading it from here.

shes beautifull in her way :D the way of having 16x more verts than vam. think of how simple all of faces in vam are, though there are dozens of morhps all faces look kinda same. now split every poly to 4x4 smaller one and thing how much more curves you can have. and thats idea of that model show that rich of small detail you can have in VAM (althoug normals map nad some baked diffuess of some authors are great) :D also see how hairs are much better then in vam 1:) not to say lightning.

Hair will get much better since its only an alpha so hair are static, we are expected to see much more realistic hair down the road to its development.

Don't argue with that jackass. Man said its a bad product when it comes to in vision of a banker and finance student lmao. Man treating VAM like its some sort of shampoo or lotion or some shit.
