Do the animation tools make more sense than VAM1?I've gotten used to the way it operates, it's inconvenient. This is my first scene, but it can't be inserted.
im guessing it's just placeholder, but yeah it's rough rn lol. This UI is the weirdest thing I've ever seen on my PC!
WTF is this!!!
The addons are slowly rolling in. Ive seen a couple yesterday already getting released. The first step is to have a fully running creator mode for the modders to add shit to make it rich woth content.its just a demo/concept game for now, give it some time to see the real thing
vam2 performance is lower than vam1, alot of memory leaks and other issues, yeah more content will roll in with time thats certain but the question is, will meshedvr continue to support vam1 after the full release of vam2 ? or the content of vam1 will transfer to vam2, if this the case it will be dopeThe addons are slowly rolling in. What im hoping from meshedvr is to have the game be as stable is it can be when running it with multiple characters. So far its better than vam1 in terms fps and cpu usage.
Performance wise vam2 is way ahead for me, compared to 1. idk what your PC is doing there but overall performance is way more smooth on my end. 2k res with highest settings i pull 160+fps with 2 characters so far.vam2 performance is lower than vam1, alot of memory leaks and other issues, yeah more content will roll in with time thats certain but the question is, will meshedvr continue to support vam1 after the full release of vam2 ? or the content of vam1 will transfer to vam2, if this the case it will be dope
Does it though? Last I read it is only going to be using one gen higher than vam 1, which while an improvement, is kind of not much of a leap given it would only be gen 3.Performance wise vam2 is way ahead for me, compared to 1. idk what your PC is doing there but overall performance is way more smooth on my end. 2k res with highest settings i pull 160+fps with 2 characters so far.
If Vam2 has the same addons like vam1 has, or even better and once vam2 has been updated long enough, i dont see any reason to play around with vam 1. Why would i if vam2 has way better looking models.
Gen 8 for VaM 2. Maybe you read one behind or Daz3d was one in-front.Does it though? Last I read it is only going to be using one gen higher than vam 1, which while an improvement, is kind of not much of a leap given it would only be gen 3.
yes vam2 is better engine/models/assets wise but its better to import content from vam1, vam1 is wild with content.Performance wise vam2 is way ahead for me, compared to 1. idk what your PC is doing there but overall performance is way more smooth on my end. 2k res with highest settings i pull 160+fps with 2 characters so far.

so its possible to port over content from vam1, vam2 is great but lacks alot as it is, it needs alot of time thats for sureDoes it though? Last I read it is only going to be using one gen higher than vam 1, which while an improvement, is kind of not much of a leap given it would only be gen 3.
Higher res textures / polygons and the fact that u can add in blender and daz characters into the mix easier into vam2 makes it more attractive to me than VAM1.Does it though? We already have a few addons ported from VAM 1 into 2. U can see em in VAM Hub. And yesterday ive already seen a few familiar names making addons for VAM 2.so its possible to port over content from vam1, vam2 is great but lacks alot as it is, it needs alot of time thats for sure
