Are those scenes already in THIS version, I only saw scenes with the minotaur. The tags can only be added if they are already in THIS version.

Out of combat scenes with animals aren't live yet, fucking animals in combat such as bats, rats etc are, but those aren't sex scenes, just the minotaur raping animation. If it doesn't classify for the bestiality tag then it can be removed.
