I think maybe the version of Unity in the last version was more forgiving of codec issues than the new version. I'm still getting crashes in the latest version and I never saw any in previous versions (with the same girlpacks). I got text boxes in previous versions when it either didn't find or didn't like a video but no crashes. Maybe it's just me since I haven't seen other people complaining about crashes. Maybe I have one pack in particular that it doesn't like. Will have to play around some more I guess.

Is there absolutely no MP4 videos that you can see or are some of them OK ?
As for the new version of Unity, Unity is the game engine I use to make the game and I recently (between v4 and v4.1) updated to the 2019.3.14 version.
It might be the reason why the videos do not work anymore for you. Although I searched and haven't found people reporting this issue so I don't really know...
I'll try and fix that.
Also, if you feel like it, could you try and see if the Win 32 version has the same issue for you?

Edit: So I haven't tested long enough to be sure, but the 32 bit version does seem to be more stable for me than the 64 bit version. Just did some play testing and have yet to have any crashes after playing long enough to buy all the girls and train them up as far as giving blowjobs. I used the exact same girlpacks that were crashing on me with the 64 bit version.
I also noticed one other oddity regarding Asa Akira. For some reason she is completely unavailable until after I fire a girl. I can buy all the girls in the main recruitment area and also get all of the lottery girls, but Asa Akira seems to have something wierd going on that requires firing a girl.

I'm not sure about this one...
It feels somewhat wrong, plus it also seems that it is almost immediatly deleted, so keeping a pack like that in the OP will be difficult. So I don't think I'll add it there.

You can find a log at C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Tobe\Venus's Club\Player.log , replacing "username" with your username.
However I don't know how computer savvy you are but this is more of a dev log so it might be difficult to understand. It does not normally contain any personal information outside of the path to the game on your PC (if you see this as personal information), so feel free to send it to me if you want (after anonymization).
If the Win 32 build is actually more stable for you, this could simply be that there was a problem of sorts during the building of the game.
As for Asa Akira, I'll take a look at this.

Hey dev I'd like to throw some ideas at you that kinda make sense to me as features that could or should be added in you can do whatever you want with them.
Away Jobs - A customer really likes one of your girls and would like her to have an escort style evening with her. Means she isn't available for the day but in return you get some influence depending on who the customer was i.e Mafia gives you their points and etc.
Services - In Planning add a toggle to turn off certain services. It kind of drives me mad when I'm trying to train my girls to 70 or higher openess and all i get is jobs that can't raise it anymore due to it working in ranges. Being able to disable those would be great. There could be a negative to it for example loss in rep or something because the customer who came in didn't get the service they wanted.
Scaling Stats - The girlpacks people make are great. I do however have a huge bone to pick when the girl just has 100 in every stat it throws off the whole premise of training them on the job and raising them to being whore godesses. Have the values in a girls JSON be a potential where that deretimnes how fast she gains skills and have the lowest possible skills in the shop work off the girl with the worst total so that when you recruit a new girl she doesn't have to be raised from 0 stats which is also awful.
These are thoughts I had from playing this over the last few days. Tobe this game you made has the potential to become the best real porn game on this site and I would love to throw money at you had I had any (End of month is rough you guys) These ideas in my eyes could improve the game. Read through them think on them ponder how easy they would be to code and implement and etc. I love this game it reminds me very much so of my childhood days playing brothel sim on newgrounds at 2 am so my parents don't walk in on me. I love this game and keep going man it's great.
I'm at some point going to gather all the girlpacks and create a torrent for them. Just need to figure out how I do that...

I think I figured out why Asa Akira seemed to be getting bugged for me. I had changed some of the settings for the girls in my girl packs and I think the game didn't like it if I had certain things set for girls that were in the lottery.
When I removed the girls from the lottery Asa is now available as soon as I unlock the Mafia like I would normally expect. I think maybe the game doensn't like certain things like influence or reputation requirements being set for girls who are also in the lottery but I didn't play around with it enough to know for sure.
Edit: I just ran into a similar glitch after having done this that firing a girl seems to fix as well. Having removed most of the girls in my girl packs from the lottery, after I hired the last girl from the recruitment area who did not have an influence cost, the game said I had now hired all available girls and hide all of the remaining girls from me. Firing one of the girls brought them all back again so I could now hire them.
