reputation grows while you play, you need to atend the needs of your custumers

I always buy the correct item for the customer... still reputation went to 0. What could be the issue?
Also is it just me or there's no sound in this game?

the game has no sound, you probably by a lot of girls who need reputation to, now you need to grind a little more

Found a bug. After some editing of the girls (JSON files) suddenly I get limitation on the number of girls I can hire. It says that I can't hire any more girls. If I load any game, I can fire one and hire one.
If I start new game I won't see any custom girls available to recruit at all.
I tried to "repair girls", but I got the message "you are not supposed to see this screen, its a bug, report it".
I reinstalled the game but it didn't help.

Nevermind. Figured it out. Apparently it is necessary to always have at least one girl with 0 influence cost in the recruitment pool. Then everything will be fine.

issue is that pack modder [ possible some of mine to ] didn read guide, it say that you need 16:9 ratio
use any video converter that will fit that requirement [ it can be bit off, dosnt need to be strict ratio ]

I could be wrong, but the extend option seems like a double edged sword. You make more money, but the girls end up losing more energy. I tend to only use it if I think I will be off buying an upgrade by $100 to $200.

It seems like if you have a big negative number for money, that either you should be in the negatives or you should have very little money when you leave it. But, when I exit, and I've been spending money when I get it to buy upgrades and so forth, I still have a lot of money to even buy an upgrade.

Nah it works. It takes into account the amount of money you spent on the day that the girls work and the day ends after the girls are finished.
So, you buy upgrades for 5.000, after that the girls work and earn 4.000 then the end of day report will say -1.000

I've been playing it for a while now. I have all upgrades, all policies, all costumes, all mafia abilities. I have 9 girls, all with 80+ Openness. I'll probably get more girls once I finish downloading all the girlpacks, which might be a while. So, here are a few things I'm wondering or thinking could be added.

1. Add the ability to send your girl(s) out to perform "special" sessions with people. Maybe it is like an Escort service or something like that. It could be a regular service performed by the club or could be a Mafia service. You could make a third section in the Planning window. Dancers....Special Services.....Resting.

2. So, I was wondering, why do some girls have things they won't do, like Creampies, Anal Creampies, Swallow, Group, etc? Is it because the maker of the girl could not find video of those actions? Or is it something that just wasn't included in her set, even if there was available video for those actions? I was thinking, that maybe in the future, an interesting upgrade to the game could be that even if the producer of the girlpack has all the videos included, maybe set the girl to having those difficulties but, inside the game, have the ability to "convince" her to do them. Maybe part of the training section, maybe have it as a Mafia incentive that they retrain a girl to perform something, or maybe it is something that can develop over time, if, maybe say she works with a certain other performer (during the same shift at the club) that influences her to do it, or that maybe she gets a bonus if she starts doing it. Sure, there are many girlpacks that have everything (which is why I was a little confused that some girls don't do certain things as I thought these days all of them do everything, especially if they are very popular), but if you can get them all to do everything, it makes it a "better" game.

For the packs I make they will not do actions they have not done during their careers, or footage I like. To add those actions you could simply find closeup shots of said actions and add them. The pdf on the front post is very clear and the process is relatively simple. But in short it is mostly due to the preference of each individual girlpacks creator.

I tried to create a lesson just "to see how it works". I have to admit that I am disappointed by this game option, especially as the time spent to create it (pics editing, ideas for the text) is far too consequent.
I might not go on with lessons in my coming packs, I'll see if I have time and motivation and ideas or not.
