No only one copy, but have never had issue with grind, just use a save for every route and focus on just that route works for me

Hey that's good. There's probably more I can do to have more resources and energy but since I wanna do as much as possible with all the jobs and events it doesn't even out okay for me.
If you're focusing single routes that's likely a lot easier.
focussing on single routes is also the only way you can play, when going one route the others become unplayable, she either steals blood or she becomes a prostitute, so yeah, focus on one route and you get to see all possible scenes with her
personally love her prostitution route the most, stripper will be cool and open up gloryholes which she can then find through out the game, but that's not impemented jet so untill then, I'mma let her be a hooker
unfortunately, that's not really how it works.

but there's multiple routes, which are mutually exclusive
additionally, there's time specific stuff so 'a' save can't cover everything, and even the limit of 5 saves, which could possibly cover all the current routes, but wouldn't handle everything else.
i mean, some people don't like ANY POSSIBLE LIMITS
90 days isn't a massive motherfucker, all things considered, since you can't do multiple routes, but like was said, the grind can be a motherfucker.
you'll want to get speed to 50, which requires 10+ events, and that's almost a week.
getting the work stuff up to 400 takes like 80 events, so if you were to do just one a day, that's almost all of your time. it's not actually 80, since you get more credit the more you do it, or maybe sometimes the higher your stats, not to mention you could be capable of working 3 times a day sometimes, and there's not exactly many scenes to do with that (as far as i'm aware, it's only bartendering that has it so far - and they're not even sex scenes, they're hints that sex scenes might be coming)
but on top of that, there's potentially ranking up your alcholism to be able to suck, fuck and get peed on in a public restroom, or ranking up the lewdity to be able to access some of this other stuff, which also takes some time (like blood, there's some 1/day freebies that, if people don't knwo about, could be slowing them down, but still)

There isn't going to be any beastiality content since the game is on Patreon. The dev said mythological creatures like werewolves are something they want to do.

I'm so glad there'll be an endless mode because I want to experience more of the game but the time limit ruins that for me

The balancing needs some tuning, and a lot of the art feels too much like a sketch (still good though), but this has great potential already. Some very well written scenes, the slow burn making small changes to the scenes, potentially a lot of exhibitionism (and those scenes are great). This is great stuff. I didn't expect much, but now I can't wait for more.
I only hope running a second project will not get this one abandoned or in 6+ month update hell for a scene.

Mandatory start guide:
1. Get Speed up to 50 (it'll be 51, since you start at 1, and get 5 point increases) by training running. This is so you can hunt small animals in the park and lower blood and insanity.
1.5/2.5. Steal once from the hospital when things get dire. That should buy you enough time to get a proper source of blood (prostitution, thieving, buying from antique store).
2. Get Lust to 20+ by masturbating. It seems like a dead end, but basically you'll end up dead, with how the game is now, if you don't get from Naive to Innocent (which seems to be at 20). Then you can start the Prostitute or Thief routes. You'll need it for most random events too, as well as starting the exhibitionist events.
3. Earn money, hunt small animals, choose your paths forward, keep grinding lust. Journalist path is a dead end, bartender path is limited. Not sure if training stats affects income/experience on any of the other careers. Speed and Lust are really the key stats, alcoholism and bartending skill level have events locked behind them, as does exhibitionism, but that seems to be it.
There's likely other tips folks might have, but that's what I've seen so far.
(The stripper route is locked behind a big purchase ~$1000 [only $250 if you follow that route] or so, so you'll have to grind for it without being on the thief or prostitute path. Maybe the pet route, and cheaper blood bags works, or just hunting and grinding journalist or barkeep. Haven't tested.)
