Not for now. Although I think that the $1 tier is 720p vids, so perhaps someone can share that.

To your second question: Yes just go for animation which should contain 1. to 58. and the Misc one too
because they too contain some animation files (esp. in misc and turntables).

I think the "36. 2B BJ" sub-folder inside the "Animation" folder is missing something. Inside it there is a sub-folder named "Side", which also has a sub-folder named "Final". But there is nothing within it. Also looked inside your MEGA upload; same case.
