It should be just for the sexuality of the character, not just locking you into specific "exclusive" content that isn't talked about or shown in the beginning at all.If any content is available for any MC gender, the point of choosing a gender disappears, as the only things that change are the images and pronouns.

Creating content immediately for all genders would require approximately the same effort and time as writing separate content for each of them, as all conditions and differences between genders must be taken into account. I had quite high hopes for this but... while you definitely have high skills in coding with twine, your lack of knowledge in the actual game development aspect seems to be a bit lacking with this statement. Not only does this severely limit player's ability to play your game, it means this is going to have such a longer development time before it's even playable. Originally, I intended to do that, but due to the game featuring 3 genders, 3 races, and currently 3 poses, with any of them potentially taking on a dominant role, there are a total of 81 combinations. There is no forced alteration without insanely high dominance and friendship. The save button is intentionally hidden during conversations and various events. At any other time, it is available. Perhaps I will change this in the future.Some Feedback about the "Saves" option :
I tried the game last night, talked to NPCs, explored the areas ... During interaction with NPCs there is no option to save. This is related to the features of SugarCube. It's better not to include Back/Forward buttons in such games, as it will create too many copies of object states and the game will start to lag. These buttons are intended for linear stories.It would also be great to add the "Back" and "Forward" buttons as other sugarcube html games have. So, as I absolutely went out and got my ass wrecked at the start, I noticed a couple of things.
One, while you are given a leave of absence from school, there was zero reaction from my roommate that I went out one night, and didn't return for a week plus with a body that would make a pornstar weep with envy.
Even a little 'I warned you' could work here, I think. Other options could be them being intrigued, or looking to take advantage.
Is there any system in place that improves the odds of being approached depending on how well you fit a characters ideal? Or how pent up they are?

After the fight mc had 0 Energy. He could walk around but had no Energy to talk to people. Only way to restore Energy I found was to wait until night and go to sleep. Shouldn't Energy regenerate over time in a game with a time system based on minutes?
(It is different for games where a time slot eg represents a whole day and you have an energy budget for this whole day.)
I played a lot of html games and this game is different in the UI, so maybe better set up a short page (no wall of text) with hints for new players how to play the game.
Usually you visit a location and have the option to do actions, eg visit the gym and work out. In your game you have to visit the gym, then find the trainer among all the random people, talk to him, buy a training for 100$ and you need to meet the energy requirement. If you visit the gym at a time where no trainer is there, there are no options and it looks like work out is not implemented for new players.
This pattern, visit location, find the right person, talk, to do the location specific action applies to most actions. Exception is the class where the mc needs to be at the location at the right time and there has a button to attend class.
This game is about micromanaging time, energy and money.
It would be useful to see a numerical value for Energy since having less than 50 Energy seems to block work or training and having less than 25 Energy will result in automatically loosing a fight. Talking to people seems to be a constant loss in Energy.
80 $ for an energy drink which restores a small amount of Energy seems way too much if the player is capped to work once a day and get ca 200 $ per day at start. Would you work a day for the value of 2-3 energy drinks, roughly restoring the energy you spent working?
As I wrote above, better add Energy regeneration (and maybe also meals and rest times).
Locations with specific business times should have the option to wait until the location opens, eg wait until 8am or 9am.
Maybe also add some info for new players how specific locations work and abou the business times.
