It actually says in the NPC generator that it does not affect certain NPC's namely all the ones you listed off as being obvious exceptions, though you missed the pimp.
Also the Dev has repeatedly stated that they're working on matching the races in the sex scenes ( adding the physical characteristics like weight is a bit insane/overentitled). Getting all this put together is likely whats been holding up the technical stuff.
Theres enough I'd say to call it a game though, it just depends on what you're expecting. If you want to run around fighting to transform or be transformed thats all here along with some options to adjust that arena. So a bit more then tech demo but not a truly fleshed story driven game,yet.
I mean, the dev specifically included a warning in the game that says gender generation doesn't affect the roommate or the merchants. If you did not bother to read the game you were playing, can you really blame the dev for it ?
Videos don't take into account the specifics of the partner, it's something many people in this thread have pointed out already and the dev said it's on their radar to change it. Again, all of this is in the very thread you're posting in...
As for it being a demo - I think that's a fair assessment. But the version number is 0.0.4, so it's kind of a given. To be clear, I'm not in any way involved in the development of this game, but your message kinda rubbed me the wrong way because I actually think it's one of the faster moving projects on this website, especially if you consider the fact that it was posted for the first time less than 6 months ago and it's being worked on by a single person.

Has game got any less grindy?
These kinds of open world directionless choose your own path really suffer from too much grind.
Maybe theres something cool after some magical combination of "do this thing 30 times, and that thing 10 times" kind of exploration but.. yeah no.
Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the open worldness part of having different levels or genres of things to do with different people depending on character development, but this is only something that should be used for when you have an overabundance of content in the first place.
These games where you start out and theres just no fucking content until you grind for 30 days to some efficiency schedule, no.
If all of the content is locked behind such things, then you really don't have enough content to justify the openworldyness of it in the first place. It'd be better off as just a short story that gets to the point.
Not meaning to throw shade at the dev, I know this stuff is a passion project made more for your own reasons.
Throw this feedback in the trashcan, but its just how I feel, and my frustration is more at the entire sex game genre.
These are sex games that don't have any sex. Would you play a final fantasy game that didn't have any quests/combat/fun until you've talked to people for 30 days? If a game like that did exist, we'd call that part of the game an epilogue and give the ability to skip it.
I think maybe if every game on f95 had a separate rating for like the initial Tedium / Grind, people would be able to filter things like this from the searches and then dickheads like me wouldn't leave this kind of feedback we'd just skip it.

Thank you for the feedback. In previous versions, I tried to eliminate the grind. After those fixes, I haven't received any more comments about the grind. If players decide there's still too much grind, I will try to address it.

Yeah, everything is shemale even at 100% female generation.
This game is a real sausage fest, haven't seen one woman yet.
Think I'll be giving this game a pass. If there aren't any females, then there isn't any female domination...

That's not what I've seen. Everyone is just shemale.
In addition to that, there's lot of places to visit which are dead ends, and it seems like finding content is just sleeping until you can go to class on the weekdays, so I lost interest in it. I might check it out again once the game is fleshed out more.

Did you start a new game? If you used old saves, it won't work. Characters are generated at the start of the game.
Is there even a goal in this game? There's nothing really to progress and trying to get someone's romance higher is ridiculous.
Can only hug them once a day, so a tiny improve in romance.
No one is trying to fight me either, there's bugger all interactions to have. Unless this is all timegated behind playing X amount of days.

At the moment, the game is in its early stages of development. I am currently focusing on adding and enhancing gameplay features. At this stage, the game is a sandbox with events (the events are not tied to a specific day). Additionally, significant attention is given to player requests; if many people want to change or add something in the game, I try to listen to them.
The main idea of the game is the ability to change anything in the game world or to undergo changes oneself under the influence of NPCs. Many features will be added later that will impact the game world.
Only aggressive NPCs can attack the player. This is a trait randomly assigned to them during generation. Also, if NPC activity is turned off in the settings, they will not approach the player on their own.
NPCs can also initiate romantic actions.
Started a new game, even at 10% shemale, there are no females in general population, just shemales
