Nvm I literally just found through succubus, still stuck on the book though. But for those also stuck you need to head to axe you a question in britmore
You can find the incubus class in Bill's bedroom after finding the succubus class in Anne's bedroom. And the black book iirc is from the fishing village in the swamp, the one with all the zombies.

I have bought about 50 axes and pickaxes at this point, from both Britmor and Avedon.
Yet when I speak with Leads-Tribes it still says "You do not have a Common Pickaxe".
What is going on here?

One of two things. It needs a certain type of one. Or you need to equip it if you hadn't. That's usually what happens. Otherwise it's just bugged.

So, 0.8.6.8 came out 11/1/25. I don't know how to do anything here since I'm just a noob, but they have mega and gofile links.

I really hope at some point he focuses on improving old content instead of adding more.

He's adding quests that sound end-game but all the cities and regions feel pretty hollow with at most 1 thing that can happen there (and usually not even that) and no real closure or interactivity for anything small. Every time I play it it feels like a very early alpha with a lot of potential but only a month of development in it, not because it's only got a month (it has quite a lot) but because he's made the game so impossibly wide, it's basically a shallow ocean of content that doesn't really feel complete at any point. None of the housing stuff, none of the dungeons and areas, /nothing/ feels even close to complete.

It's normal for a /game/ to not feel complete yet, but there's honestly an alarmingly high tendency to keep adding more and more incomplete things. Feels like at this rate Snekk is going to increase the scope until there's no chance in hell that anything will ever start feeling finished. Re-doing it to Twine did not help with that. But honestly, both versions feel the same way and it seems opposed to using Twine to focus, he's using Twine to spread the scope even further.

Shame really, I like his general style, but it seems we've a dev who enjoys making new things too much to actually get anything finished. ADD development cycle, or something.
