Im glad I held back subbing to Vici. Giving a quick comparison to Agent Red Girl; even when they had similar sub counts, ARG had a much bigger team and an even better work flow. AFAIK there's only vici and kitsune doing this whole project and I really hope Im wrong with that. Jackerman is a team of one and has released enough short form content to eclipse the length of FxS ages ago. And I swear if Jack's big animation gets released before FxS, I might just die from laughing at how pathetic that is.

Cant wait until they finish retakes, hopefully they'll be able to do the balancing quickly too. Then we can finally go on to reworking sound before finishing with the retakes (last ones I promise) and then balancing those. After that it should only takes 2 weeks for the sound stuff!
You forgot that afterwards they need to do another review, so more retakes, and then more two weeks, and actually the SFX sounds kind weird right now so let's hunt for another one.
Just a little reminder that one month ago they were saying the same thing with the sound "final review and then release in one week I swear this time guys!" -_- I can't believe I seriously opposed the milking allegations smh. sure it'll be great when it comes out in 2029, but I can't keep giving money if this is the same excuse 6 months in a row. :/If I can get 5$ for every time Vici and his team says "week" I can buy myself a new PC or maybe support other creators. Or buy myself a package of beer just to see where this ends up with.

None of this hate wagon would've been created if you weren't such a crap manager at maintaining your fan base updated, and I'm specifically talking about Twitter audience since that's your only social platform. You have a discord server where there's no issue there in that room because everyone knows what going on, but what about the outsiders that either couldn't afford or just don't feel like paying subscription? You see, all of this you're doing in terms of communication is creating a division in the fan base where on one side they defend you and on the other side people are pissed at you and your team because you've been quiet about for a good amount of time only responding with the same excuses. I'll be blunt with this, no one will care how hard it is to make this, no one will care about the amount of times sound retakes takes, if you just keep both the discord and Twitter updated then there'll be no problems. But you just brought this upon yourself and now we have this drama unfortunately.

Video essay youtubers pauses their patreon and only charge for the month they upload a video. Meanwhile vici milks people month after month for a supposedly long animation with still no concrete release date. And I'm fairly sure a 1-hour well-researched video essay is a lot harder to make than this constant perfection-chasing
there's definitely way more because if you call them out they ban you and/or block you

lol miro affect3d use these excuses and in the end he's team etc dont even do the project they just do a bone bare work that they show in patreon etc. i think vicineko and team are working on it its just they milk or so behind the schedule >_< poor backers that support them well its there money and they dont even care
