Ah I have 26 saves from start to end and that one is in my save 6th one. I see the wrong choice.

i dont understand , help me

if you would play my mod, i would say..
you might have installed my mod over an installation of the orig. game
my mod is standalone
you need to extract the main game (atm. v1.1.0) and then extract the patch (atm v1.1.15) over it and allow files to be overwritten

but obviously you play the orig. game and use my fix there
make sure you install the files in the archive to the game folder of your installation and allow to overwrite existing files
