It’s strange if he’s from Europe or America, where there are sanctions then how will he get the money? Is it just a simple question, or is there a workaround?

Boosty allows you to withdraw money to Paypal without any restrictions
I got a few requests to make an account on Boosty, because some people would like to support the game development, but can't because of the sanctions

Add data about Boosty on the first page, you have a Patron page listed there, and f95zone.
I've never heard of Boosty before, but Subscribestar is a very good alternative to Patreon.
Do consider making an account there as a backup Eromantis, it also has relaxed rules and doesn't interfere with the Artist/Creator's vision and freedom and allows them to make a product THEY want... and patreon on the other hand you have to abide by their tons of rules, and you break any and it's unpredictable what they might do... If the admin is feeling generous, they may warn you or may remove your page entirely without any notice.

yes, he's right, study the issue because of the corruption of one developer, they deleted the page without warning at all, and the second one everyone knows istor had to change the game so that there was no corruption, some make different versions of the game, some for patrion others for Subscribestar, so I would not use patrion
I don't mind monthly but i will be charged again in a few days if i subscribe now lol
Same thing happened to SLim Games, creator of Awakening, the game had incest, but it was flying under the radar until it wasn't and patreon admins contacted him and blocked his payouts. He didn't reveal much but he instantly abandoned patreon after that and shifted to Subscribestar.
I'm not saying that patreon is all dark and gloomy to scare or discourage you but having Subscribestar as backup is a good alternative or even better primary way to support you Eromantis
Please don't let patreon censor your game, is all I ask

I know about this problem, please try to start from the beginning and skip using the CTRL button to EP3. This is a save compatibility issue between different versions of the game, sorry.

Ok. A few observations after watching the third episode:
1) Several people wrote here that some things cannot be sensibly implemented in this game, because we are in the provinces, in a small village. Well, I think it's time to debunk this myth. Lily may live in a village (though I would call it suburbia), but she works in a town. We have a restaurant, shops, a police station, and soon probably a hair salon. When Lily walks the streets, we are clearly dealing with a city. So, this gives us a lot of scope (and some people have written here that in a small community there cannot be too much demand for some perversion). Now, this is not a small community at all. Moreover, this city can be something like a quiet capital of perversion, where some perverse parties and events take place periodically, and then we have not only permanent residents, but also visitors who come to the city for one purpose...
For example, I hope that the restaurant will be a place where (perhaps in a separate room) there will be a nightclub where Lily will earn extra money.
2) We recently discussed whether Lily should have had any prior sexual experiences, or whether she had had a boyfriend in the past. Now we know not. She has had no experience and is only now discovering her sexuality. So, I guess that definitely puts an end to the discussion regarding her past experiences.
3) How do you like the character of James? I mean this handsome guy that our main character likes. To tell you honestly - I don't like him. He's the kind of handsome, rich guy that all the girls go for. I hope he turns out to be a bad guy and it will come to light at some point. I hope they won't form a close relationship and Lily will be disappointed with this guy.
