So do the choices actually matter in this game. Like can I go a pure route or is it like no matter what you choose she just end up like slut at the end?

While I have not played the game, I'm going to go on a limb and presume.. no.
Why do I think so, you wonder? Let's take a look at the story description:

Village Slut is a story-based game that focuses on the slow corruption of the main character, Lily. I used the word "slow" because I really mean it, I want to make the transition from "innocent girl" to "dirty slut" as smooth as possible. Lily will discover her hidden fetishes and desires, which include exhibitionism, BDSM, being sexually assaulted, and many other fetishes (including some custom ones that will be decided by subscriber vote).
Lily will start as an innocent waitress in a cafe, and by the end of the story, she will be a stripper and a money-hungry prostitute in a local club.

Seriously, what the fuck is it when a game of supposed choice means you can't have a cigarette or alcohol if you're not slutty enough, what the fuck is this? When a game like this puts those restrictions on you, it's a lot more incentivizing to play it.

I think people should treat this game like a Kinetic Visual Novel (KVN) rather than an actual VN with branching paths and choices at every turn. Slut Points is the only variable that's being tracked, so your virgin route would be simply that Lily has little to no SP and the final slut transformation will have the maximum amount of SP.
