Having failed with my first attempt at an AVN, I do know how much effort goes into them. I got three releases in, and around real life, it was a constant second job, just to get the three releases out, so I will never make BS borderline abusive comments at any content creator. Especially none like some of the comments I received that made me stop. I like where this story is going so far. And you are right, all stories could be better, and all releases could be longer, but sometimes real life gets in the way, and you just want to get a release out, so people maintain interest

This is all very true, its also sad that we as humans give our opinions and often they can be negative and discouraging. I know for one its not my intent, but I also can't lie or be false about what I am experiencing or what is simply fact. This update was tiny, really not even worth the effort, and if its because of real life priorities, thats totally fine also. However I would rather just like my opinion/review is no bullshit and I call it, so the developer should do the same. Wait a month longer then release more content, if people bitch thats on them, people will always, but when you release, make it worth it IMO. Else I too opt for a small update only patch for such tiny amounts of content. The more transparent a developer is about why or why not in a quick post to people the more they can make a better choice to support or not, but i am quite certain you will get a better response from the players/supporters if you dont bullshit, we all "get it" life happens.

This is The Running Man - they forcefully throw MC into the game, give him the run down and then orchetrate a bunch of scenarios using other contestants and some kill squads or hired goons for peak prime time snuff live television.

Some of the shots look actually similar to what shoting raw live footage on the tv set would be,
because this is exactly that - the amazing race with The Purge set of rules or lack there of.

Then why include it? Really, if you're going to include an actual "good" path, it needs to compete with the "bad" path for heat and sexuality, or at least interest. Otherwise, you're just vaguely implying that "good" is stupid and boring. Sure, the game is called "Violation Nation" -- but maybe, besides the obvious rape n' gape, it could be a challenge to NOT be violated or violaTOR, but even develop intriguing relationships, yes sexual, yes, incestual -- but don't put a limp dick path in the game if it can't even fire blanks. Is it much shorter than the previous 2-3 updates? They seems all to be short, but come often. 2-3 updates in like 4 months.

Yeah, I noticed that immediately when they came to the new town laundry for Sophie's 'problem clothes', and all of a sudden there was MC as a whole new guy! Huh?? Kinda like the old TV shows when they would just replace an actor in with the thought that, hey, they won't care or even notice -- it's just an actor. Same here -- whole new cast! What??

For sure, the game has lost it's charm for me as I'm not into the change in 'cast'. Maybe if they can get Zarja model correctly, whenever she shows back up again the game may draw me back in.

Still sad about Maria, I find her new look to be goofy looking.

This doesn't need compressed versions currently. There is no 32 bit exe. A lot of games have both this one doesn't

Unless you're paying for this and supporting the dev all you're doing with your 'opinion' is pissing into the wind. I hope someone REGULARLY comes by where you work or live or do anything else, and tells you what a shit effort you're doing, how it's not worth the time spent just watching you, etc, etc.

Basically keep your mouth shut if you're not supporting the dev, they don't own you jack shit, no dev does unless you're supporting them. If someone persists in being a rude asshat because they felt their expectations weren't met then I hope someone does exactly the same to them, regularly, in their normal life or job, what they're doing to this dev or any other.

It's called grace, or simple politeness. The "I'm just telling the truth" is not an excuse to lack simple manners and dealing with others in a rude ass way. If someone hasn't learned that basic human communication step then they deserve all the rudeness back at them ten-fold.

Take your hypocrisy someplace else, you quick to spout manners and rudeness but go read your own response! No one was being rude and if you get your panties in twist to the extent you had to pass along this reply, its more telling about you. This is an open platform, people will say what they like. Do I agree that they can be assholes, sure is hell I agree, does that make each person who does comment in a less than favourable way any less wrong, not necessarily, because there are many AVNs on this platform that people took the time to build and develop that was simply BAD and thats me being polite and those people will be told as much. That is how you hold developers and creators to a higher standard.

Why not?
While a good path obviously wouldn't be all rainbows and unicorns, a bad environment and circumstances don't preclude a person from being/doing good (at least relatively). They may have to do questionable things to survive and save or protect others, but they don't have to enjoy it or become a complete monster. They could struggle to make certain choices and/or be haunted by certain decisions/actions they've taken after the fact.

I'd say that if anything scenarios where the world is already full of monsters encourages the player to be heroic, to fight against them rather than be like them.

Then the game unexpectedly ended up not presenting any gameplay encouragement to play as a rapist. Where's the reward for it? Since the in game name of the event the MC is enrolled in is called Violation Nation there would be a good possibility for a good path to take. Good people can get caught up in a bad situation without turning bad themselves would be my thinking.

Just going off the name here would be kinda like saying what a woman/girl would be doing in a show called Big Brother, or shouldn't there be actual family members in there? In my opinion the one is not really connected to the other. But possibly confusing, that it could be.
